These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Verocited website and tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Verocited is an AI visibility consultancy based in Scottsdale, Arizona, serving local and mid-sized businesses across the United States. In these terms, "Verocited," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Verocited. "You" refers to the person or business using the site.

Use of the site and tools

You may use the site and tools, including the CitedIQ™ score tool, for their intended purpose: to learn about AI visibility and to evaluate whether to work with us. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, submitting websites you have no right to submit, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The CitedIQ score and preliminary results

The CitedIQ score tool provides a preliminary, automated read based on a limited set of publicly available signals. It is designed for local and mid-sized businesses and is not a complete or verified assessment. Scores are estimates and may change after a full audit. The tool is provided for general informational purposes, and you should not rely on the preliminary score as a definitive measure of anything.

Disclaimers and no guarantee of results

AI visibility depends heavily on factors outside our control, including the AI engines themselves, their data sources, their ranking and selection logic, and how often they change. Because of this:

  • We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including being found, cited, recommended, or ranked by any AI engine or search engine.
  • We do not guarantee specific traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, or timelines. Results vary by business, market, and many factors we do not control.
  • Examples, case references, and projections on this site illustrate the kind of work we do and general industry trends. They are not promises of similar results for your business.
  • Statistics on this site are third-party industry estimates, attributed on our Start Here page. We reproduce them for general context and do not warrant their accuracy.

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third-party names and trademarks

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Google AI, Copilot, and other product and company names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Verocited is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of these companies. We reference them only to describe the engines we help businesses become visible to.

Intellectual property

The Verocited name, the CitedIQ score, the Deticia Engine, and the content, design, and methodology on this site are the property of Verocited and may not be copied or reused without permission. You may share links to the site freely.

Not professional advice

Content on this site is for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verocited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or tools, or from reliance on any score, estimate, or information provided. Engagements for paid services are governed by the separate agreement we sign with you, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.

Acceptable use of the scan tool

Use the CitedIQ score tool for websites you own, manage, or are evaluating in good faith. Do not use it to overload, probe, or copy other websites, or to collect data in bulk. We may limit or block automated or abusive use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
