We collect only what we need to answer your request and run our tools:

• Information you give us. When you use the CitedIQ score tool, you enter a website address to generate a score. When you book a call or use the contact form, you provide details such as your name, email, business name, and what you want help with.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, and general location, and how you interact with the site, through standard web logs and any analytics we use.
• The websites you scan. When you submit a URL to the score tool, our system fetches publicly available pages from that address to compute a preliminary score. We do not collect private or password-protected content.

How we use your information

We use the information to:

• Run the CitedIQ score tool and return your results
• Respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct calls
• Provide, improve, and secure our services and website
• Send you information you requested, and, where permitted, occasional relevant updates you can opt out of at any time

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate, for example with service providers who help us run the site, email, scheduling, and analytics, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell or rent your personal information to advertisers.

Our site uses third-party services such as website hosting, email, calendar booking, and fonts, and may link to external sites including AI engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Google AI, and Copilot. Those services and sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We are independent and not affiliated with those companies.
